Project creative technologies was a school project during which we were challenged to learn and master a new technique within the eight weeks given. We were handed a list of different options out of which I picked the technique called computer vision.

I knew I wanted to use this technique to create an innovative and intuitive way of making art. Constant testing and improving helped me to learn a lot about computer vision, but also about writing software for arduino.

I used processing to write an application that allows people to make a digital drawing. Computer vision allows the web cam to track a certain color and use that point as a digital brush. A seperate unit then allows the user to adjust colors and line width.
